We will consider both fully trained applicants (with senior contact centre experience – coaching/ training new staff/ team members) and those starting afresh. What you do need is enthusiasm for customer service and a willingness to contribute to team spirit.

About You

• Experienced in reception or contact centre.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience as a senior customer service agent (is advantageous).

• Enjoy working within the Pasifika community and its people (a Pacific language capability may be an advantage).
